IARYZ.IN - Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Return

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.

  • A clear unboxing video (from opening the package till showing the issue) must be provided as proof for any return claim.

2. Mandatory Video Proof

  • The video must clearly show the condition of the package and product.

  • Returns without valid video proof will not be accepted.

  • The video should be unedited and recorded from the start of unboxing.

3. Return Process

  • Email your return request with the video proof to infoiaryz@gmail.com within the return period.

  • Once approved, you will be guided on how to ship the product back.

  • The product must be shipped back in secure packaging to avoid damage during transit.

4. Inspection & Approval

  • After receiving the returned product, our quality team will inspect it.

  • If the return is approved, you can choose between:

    • Replacement (subject to stock availability), or

    • Refund (processed as per our Refund Policy).

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products bought during clearance/sale/promotions are not eligible for return.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or lack of proof are not eligible.
