1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags/packaging intact.

2. Refund Process

  • Once your returned product is received, our quality team will inspect it.

  • Only after verification, the refund will be approved.

  • If the item fails the inspection (used, damaged, or missing parts), refund will not be processed.

3. Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 3–7 business days from the date of approval.

  • The refund will be made to the original payment method used during purchase.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased under clearance, sale, or promotional offers are not eligible for refund.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests will be treated as a return.
